Director, Client Service and Operations
As Director of Client Service and Operations, I have daily interactions with clients and work as the “chief problem solver” for complex situations. My role includes service to existing clients, on-boarding new client relationships, cash management solutions and perhaps, most importantly, trading. I work directly with brokers and custodians to ensure all client needs are met; no two days are ever alike!
As a compliment to my client service role, I also am involved in HR functions and employee satisfaction within the firm, I act as a liaison for personnel matters with the same goal of satisfaction. I keep busy outside of the office by volunteering for several community organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Access Inc. in Akron (a women/children homeless shelter) and The Cleveland Food Bank; I firmly believe no one should go to bed hungry.
I live in Norton with my husband, Jeff, and we are the proud parents of three adult children, Andrea (Anthony), Daniel (Anna) and Dominic. When not assisting our kids with never-ending home improvement projects, we enjoy watching the Browns, Cavs and Indians (as painful as that may be), relaxing on our pontoon boat in Portage Lakes and biking on the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath.
