Director, Client Service and Operations, Chief of StaffAs Director of Client Service and Operations, I have daily interactions with clients and often serve as the firm’s chief problem solver for complex situations. My role includes supporting existing client relationships, onboarding new clients, facilitating cash management solutions, and handling firm-wide trading. I also work directly with brokers and custodians to help ensure client needs are addressed efficiently. No two days are ever alike!
I joined Fairway in 2006 after spending fourteen years at two investment management firms, including Shaker Investments and Oak Associates. During that time, I learned the difference between being an investment manager and being a wealth manager. At Fairway, we take a holistic advisory approach, which allows us to truly know our clients and serve as a personal CFO across all aspects of their wealth planning.
The most meaningful part of my work is helping clients achieve their goals, especially when navigating complex service or account-related situations.
Outside the office, life is all about family, fun, and fresh air. I enjoy traveling adventures to new places and attending Cleveland sports and arts events with my husband, children, and grandchildren. You’ll often spot me biking the Towpath or the Cleveland Metroparks — and in the summer, relaxing on our pontoon boat at Portage Lakes.
I am also active in the community through organizations including Junior Achievement, MedWish, the American Cancer Society, and the Cleveland Food Bank.
