Erica Robinson
Associate, Client Service and OperationsI rejoined Fairway in February of 2023 as a Client Service Associate. I work closely with our client service team to support client onboarding, account opening and maintenance, and the execution of money movement requests. I also collaborate with advisors and other members of the service team to help ensure requests are completed efficiently and in a way that minimizes disruption for clients.
My professional background spans several fields, including social work, photography, insurance, and education. Those experiences have helped shape my attention to detail, problem-solving approach, and collaborative style, all of which I bring to my work at Fairway. The most meaningful part of my role is knowing how to complete requests in the best way possible and helping clients move forward without unnecessary inconvenience.
My husband and I live in Tyler, TX with our two daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy collecting houseplants, reading non-fiction, and planning family outings.
