Kristen Kuzma, CFP®
Manager, Wealth Advisory ServicesMy experience at Fairway has allowed me to unite my passion for finance and mathematics with my love of working with people. I believe clear communication is essential to understanding my clients’ goals, priorities, and comfort with risk. By combining thoughtful conversations with detailed analysis, I help clients manage their investment portfolios, cash flow, tax planning, and estate planning needs through a cohesive, personalized approach.
I also work closely with families through Fairway’s Next Generation program, providing financial planning support to young professionals who are beginning to build their financial lives. I believe it is never too early to start discussing foundational topics such as budgeting, saving, and retirement planning, and I enjoy engaging with my clients’ college-aged and adult children as they take those first steps.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I take pride in acting in my clients’ best interest and upholding the CFP Board’s standards of competency and ethics. Earlier in my career, I served as the Pro Bono Chair of the Financial Planning Association of Northeast Ohio Board of Directors, and I continue to be an active member of both the FPA and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.
The most meaningful part of my work is building lasting relationships with clients and having the opportunity to work with multiple generations within a family. I especially enjoy developing estate plans that give clients peace of mind knowing their families and future generations are cared for.
Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, supporting Cleveland’s many museums, and exploring new exhibits when I travel. I live in Lakewood with my two cats, Peeps and Gus. In my free time, I enjoy playing strategic board games, trying new restaurants, and attending live music. Any time of day, I prefer a caffeine-free herbal tea or a cool glass of filtered water.
