Brian Tullio, JD, LL.M, CFP®
CCO, Partner, Wealth Advisory ServicesAs an advisor, my goal is to provide clear, actionable guidance that empowers clients to make informed financial decisions so they can intentionally utilize their wealth to support their goals and values. I truly enjoy building long-term relationships and guiding clients through planning decisions that make their wealth more useful and more aligned.
I joined Fairway in 2020 and currently serve as CCO and Partner in Wealth Advisory Services. My multidisciplinary background extends more than a decade across legal, tax advisory, and holistic wealth management services.
Before joining Fairway, I served as a gift planning professional for The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where I provided legal and tax counsel to help secure planned gifts and develop charitable giving strategies that created meaningful impact for the organization while maximizing tax benefits for donors. Earlier in my career, I worked as a tax and estate attorney, where I provided legal guidance related to wealth planning strategies, prepared complex tax filings, and drafted estate planning documents.
I hold a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Capital University Law School, and a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University. I was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2013 and am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. I’m also active in the community as Treasurer of Northern Ohio Charitable Gift Planners and am a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family, working on my (still improving) golf game, running, and training for a half ironman in July 2026. I live on the west side of Cleveland with my wife and daughter.
